Short-term credit insurance


Covers commercial risk of non-payment, financial deterioration, or bankruptcy of an international buyer. Premium is calculated and paid monthly on generated sales; if no sales occur within a month, no premium is due. A list of insured countries is available on its website.

Factoring

Provides discounted funds to Bosnian exporters. Payment terms of up to 120 days. Advance payment of receivables discounted at 80%–90% of invoice face value.

Guarantees

Guarantees to foreign buyers, and to support domestic construction, catering, and commercial companies in international tenders, including bonding for large contracts.

Guarantee modalities:

  • Tender (bid), advance payment, retention, and performance bonds
  • Bank guarantee for export-based finance
  • Guarantee to Bosnian exporters to purchase raw materials and production equipment from overseas   

Fees:

  • Duration and credit rating of counterparty dictate pricing
  • Fees paid after guarantee is approved
