Buyer credit
- Cover is provided to the exporter’s bank to finance a foreign buyer’s purchase of goods or services in an export contract
- Tenor: Up to 10 years, with typical tenor in the 5 to 10-year range depending on type of project being financed
Short-term supplier credit
- Single contract policy covers short-term export contracts of capital goods or construction services from date of delivery to payment date
- Tenor: Up to 1 year (with extension option) for export contracts less than 2 years
- Eligibility: The percentage of Polish content depends on the payment date specified under the export contact
- Up to 70% for transactions with payment terms less than 2 years
- Up to 60% for transactions with payment terms greater than 2 years
- Exceptions in sectors: Up to 90% for construction services, and up to 80% for electronic computation devices, electrical equipment, electrical and telecom industry equipment, aircraft, and vessels " - Cover: Up to 95% of receivables
- Buyer must be located in one of 166 approved countries
Medium- to long-term supplier credit
- Available for export contracts greater than 2 years
- Eligibility and fees follow OECD guidelines
- Specific exporter criteria:
- Export sales with an annual turnover up to EUR 1 million
- Domestic sales less than PLN 5 million - Premium: Determined using several criteria, including value of turnover, sector, and number of credit limits issued
- Special policy for exporters in eastern Poland
